My Wine Club is proud to present collaboration with Saujana Hotel to present Michelin Starred Chef Yuichi Kamimura, of his eponymous restaurant Kamimura.

Based in Niseko, Japan Chef Yuichi has won himself a Michelin star and numerous other accolades and praises for his culinary skills and ability to transform traditional cuisine to a contemporary winner with immaculate presentation.

Renowned for his clever use of Japanese ingredients but prepared in an unmistakably French manner, Chef Kamimura is presenting a special French-Japanese degustation menu to be paired with wines carefully selected by Chris Low.

Seats are very limited so do confirm early to ensure you do not missed this very special event for My Wine Club members.
