1st flight of food.
NZ Sauvignon Blanc with Steam chicken rice, Guanxi stuffed beancurd, steam prawns with ginger and rice wines.
2nd flight of food.
Victoria Pinot Noir Rose with Egg Omelette, Pepper pork stomach soap and fried cabbage with dried shrimps, steam fish head with ginger.
3rd flight of food
NZ Merlot with with braised pork belly.
Dessert.
